Personal Training allows you one-on-one time with National Certified Personal Trainer Stacy Lim. With almost 10 years experience and a mother of 3 she truly understands how a busy schedule makes it difficult to take care of YOU. With personal training you will receive one-on-one sessions as well as nutritional guidance and monthly workout calendars that fit your busy schedule. Bring the kids along and show them the importance of exercise!

Each class is tailored to fit your individual needs allowing all fitness levels to workout together in a supportive non-judgmental environment. The kids are welcome to join in on the FUN too!
