Personal Training allows you one-on-one time with one of our National Certified Personal Trainers, including Stacy Lim, Mike Sao, Kerry Lewis, Jessica Garcia, or Ashley Cowan-Wolcott. Each trainer – with his or her unique training style – will enable you to attain your fitness goals. We understand that life is busy and taking care of yourself is typically not high on the priority list. With these factors in mind, each trainer will create individualized workouts that are realistic, achievable and fun. We incorporate non-traditional pieces of equipment that will ensure results while having fun. Unlike big gyms, SLIM Fitness Personal Training really means personal. Not only are workouts created specifically for you and your goals, but your sessions are in a private studio that is comfortable, supportive and non-judgmental. In addition, your kids are welcome to come along while you work out – at no additional cost! We truly are family friendly!
