Personal Training

Personal Training provides one-on-one time with a certified personal trainer of your choice.  Here at SLIM Fitness, we have five certified personal trainers from which to choose – including Ashley Cowan-Wolcott, Kerry Lewis, Jessica Garcia, Mike Sao or studio owner Stacy Lim.  Each trainer – with his or her unique training style – will help you attain your fitness goals by creating an individualized workout that is realistic, achievable and fun.  Not only are workouts created specifically for you and your goals, but your sessions are in a private studio that is comfortable, supportive and non-judgmental.  In addition, you are welcome to bring your kids with you at no additional charge; they can either workout along with you or have fun in our kids play area.
