Small Group Training
Our Small Group Training Sessions are here to help you stay accountable, be consistent and push you to achieve your goals. With each of our Small Group offerings sign up is required and space is limited. What makes Small Group Training different from our Group Classes is this, each Small Group is taught by the same trainer each session is for a duration of time. For example, SLIM’s Bootcamp is taught by Trainer Stacy Lim and each group meets 2 times per week for 6-weeks. You are able to create a solid relationship in which goals are reached faster due to increased accountability and consistency. is is geared more towards personal training in a Small Group setting. SLIM’s Bootcamp is a 6-week program that focuses on kicking up your fitness routine. Over the 6-week program the workouts are specifically designed to increase strength, improve stamina, and lose weight. All clients take pre and post measurements including circumference and body fat to help you stay focused and have measurable goals. You have two groups to choose from.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:30-11:30am
Mondays and Wednesdays 12:15-1:15pm

Our Mommy & ME group is perfect for our new mommies looking to get back into shape. Your little ones are welcome to come with you! They get a play date while you get a highly specialized workout with our Prenatal/Postnatal Certified Personal Trainer Kerry Lewis. Our moms meet 2 times per week:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30-10:30am
Don’t worry… if the kids get sick just roll your sessions over. We highly encourage consistency but we also know that motherhood is HARD!!
