Youth Sports Performance
An all-inclusive training program for athletes of all abilities who are looking to improve their speed, strength, balance, agility and conditioning.
Train and Play (ages 4-6 years)
Our youngest group of athletes will learn balance and coordination through fun games and drills. The focus will be developing motor skills and building team work.

Foundation (ages 7-9 years old)
Level one of our youth training program where athletes will develop speed, strength and balance through body weight and light resistance training.
6 Week Sessions on Mondays & Thursdays from 4-5 PM for $200
Compete (ages 10-13 years)
Level two of our youth training program where athletes will build upon the skills learned in level one Foundation. Athletes will learn how to use light to moderate weights to develop overall conditioning and build strength
6 Week Sessions on Mondays & Thursdays from 6-7 PM for $250
College Prep (high school aged athletes)
Level three of our youth training program where high school aged athletes will advance their training to the next level. Athletes will focus on sport-specific power and explosive training with highlights on flexibility, speed and stamina.
6 Week Sessions on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7-8 PM for $300
